Your SOLITUDE reel includes a lifetime warranty free from defects in materials or workmanship to original owner only. All Solitude reels have been carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, should a defect in materials or workmanship become apparent, take your reel to any SOLITUDE dealer for evaluation. If a dealer is not convenient to your location, you may also send your reel (postpaid and insured) directly to the address listed below. Please include a note describing any defects or problems with your reel. Warranted repairs will be handled at no charge, including return shipping cost. The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage, modification or customization of the finished reel. This warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement of the reel, SOLITUDE REELS reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models of equal value when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. To secure a warranty with SOLITUDE REELS/EDCO, Inc. you must send your name, mailing address, E-mail address (optional), proof of purchase, place of purchase, and serial number to SOLITUDE REELS via post, fax, or E-mail. Warranty information must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. This warranty is limited as set forth above and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product. These limitations and exclusions may not apply to you, depending upon specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
